基本功能都有了，用了一年再次续费，还需要改进像腾讯的网站客服软件，把聊天的记录当天发邮件到超级管理员，再像cnzz的手机应用能统计当天访问者的ip，pv数量，你就天下无敌了。聊天记录的发邮件很重要。这个可能是我下次更换软件的重要原因。
