建议添加设置选项，每一个字学习过程中不能退出。
软件质量很高，孩子很喜欢，但是有个重大缺陷，在学习过程中任何一个阶段都可以退出，这导致孩子玩了游戏之后，并不会理会后面的认、练、写环节，直接退出去选自己喜欢的游戏，导致现在考察时不认得单字的发音，只能联想起游戏内容。

亲爱的家长您好，感谢您对洪恩识字的关注，我们的产品理念是通过寓教于乐的方式，提高孩子的学习兴趣，用互动化的方式，将抽象的汉字进行拆解，方便孩子记忆。游戏环节可以在识字APP内右上方点击设置-学习设置-教学环节处关闭，同时设置内也可以设置教学环节跳过设置，可调整为不能跳过。一切都是为了更好地呈现，提升孩子学习效果。感谢您对洪恩儿童的支持，我们会努力越做越好，一起陪伴孩子快乐成长~
洪恩识字优质教学获赞无数
我们家孩子一直在用洪恩识字学习汉字，后来幼儿园用悟空识字，可是我觉得还是洪恩识字，最好我们家孩子也最喜欢洪恩识字，而且认得字几乎都是从洪恩识字里认识的之外也认识了一些，但是红十字寓教于乐深入浅出不断复习，真的让孩子得到很大的识字上的锻炼。我早都买了全年的1200个字，以后孩子我会继续给他购买，希望洪恩集团公司能够开发出更多的更好的适合孩子的软件。
小心学习软件变游戏机！
首先肯定这款软件设计的很棒，孩子在玩游戏的状态中不知不觉就学习了。鉴于孩子每次都很积极，学习了近一百字效果显著，大人也就没有一直监督。结果就是孩子不知道什么时候掌握了跳过功能，每个字都只玩游戏其他都跳过，等我发现的时候进度到了二百字，但测试发现掌握的只有前一百。（这不是个例，问了几个朋友都是这种情况。跳过功能可以关掉但是大家一开始都不知道，希望产品经理关注）一个学习软件彻底沦为了游戏机。我想要重置学习进度，无果。宝宝档案也不能重置或删除，孩子每次都接着二百的进度往下走，结果就是由于前面一百字不会，后面的学起来更难，并且我把跳过功能关掉不让只玩游戏了，这个软件就彻底不学了。
我希望增加删除或重置进度功能来应对这个情况。否则一个好软件就废了。也给其他家长提醒，如果不想花钱买个游戏机，一开始就把跳过功能关闭吧
