更新5.0版本之后，我用手机号登录，就直接给我注册了一个新账号，我想要找回原来的会员等级和历史订单时，客服告诉我后台系统升级，找不到了。我原来的账号是用邮箱注册，之后绑定的手机号，但我确定我绑定了手机号和微信。与客服沟通一个半小时之后的结果是：我无法用邮箱登录原来的账号，因为登录后必须让我绑定手机号，而我输入我唯一的手机号时，又提示我该手机号已经绑定了其他账号。客服说现在只能手机号登录。好，我现在需要重新申请一张宜家会员卡，之前的累计消费全部清零了，现在的账号也不能绑定我唯一的邮箱，因为“该邮箱已绑定其他账号”。真是有些无语，就像走迷宫，全是死胡同。
非常希望宜家能够进驻我所居住的城市
很喜欢宜家的商品和购物环境，原来的海南省海口市虽然是一个省会城市，但真说起来也就是一三线城市，没资格也没必要进驻。现在的海南省已经全岛升格为自由贸易港，希望宜家可以考虑一下，这是本人有生之年的奢望。
选择支付
加入购物车的商品如果能选择某些进行支付就好了就和淘宝一样，还要收藏还要删除太麻烦，时间也长，还有淘宝上我们江苏大丹阳居然不能购买太伤心了。
