My favourite CRM, but needs Chinese language support
I work between China and Western countries, and have been using Insightly to record the customers and leads. It has been my favourite app CRM app up to now. It works perfectly for the customers with English names.
However, It has currently been very frustrating to type Chinese characters. This is a very fundamental step for Businesses interested in the Chinese market to use the app.
