不太理解
莫名其妙的接到从锦食送段打来的电话，自报家门后莫名其妙的挂断。后续客服的沟通中我也没有感受到锦食送对客户的任何尊重和服务精神。
要求之后调查清楚后，对此事进行解释最终也没有任何客服联系我。
难怪你们家做不起来
在线客服对话不能正常显示。电话客服一听是投诉的就直接挂电话。最近两次送餐一次糊的不能吃，一次送了一个多小时，你们家想干什么啊。这么对老客户，真有你们的。

年三十少送一个菜！原本还挺理解他们可能过年忙！结果客服拖了快一周还没解决！谁要优惠券 就这种服务还会定餐吗？订了好几次了 少了一个菜就是少了 这个还会跟你搞不清楚么！
