这个软件相对来说比较专业，有很多课程，APP界面挺清楚的，没有任何多余的广告，课程都是免费的，对于初学者来说可以很简单的找到自己的需求，有针对的可以制定计划，训练或者减脂，也有难易程度可以选择，不过锻炼时机器声音不是很舒服，建议可以搭配一些音乐，APP换成有中英文搭配更好！
