Dear Customer! Please be advised that you need to have an active internet connection prior to app launch. Then, tap on the locked content and pass through the parental lock. To pass through it you need to enter the year of birth of the parent (adult person) AD (for example, 1990).
We also recommend that you make sure that you have enabled in-app purchases for this app in your device settings. And please make sure that you are not using Guided Access on your device, through which some features of our application could be blocked.
