客服回复很快，技术人员处理问题迅速，学习记录和账号问题很快就处理好了。刷单词时发音偶尔会卡顿然后没声，也可能是我点太快了，需要关闭软件再进
五星好评，但还是存在问题

我用了四天，发现两个问题啊，第一是语音延迟，每次点示范音频的时候总会延迟半天才出来，很影响体验。
其次是付费到底能有什么具体功能呢？建议给个一天的试用，这样我才好直接付费啊。
