The application comes with 151 key labor categories and descriptions predefined and additional labor categories can be added, if needed. It also has an integrated calendar that syncs with your mobile device’s calendar. In addition, it has a very robust data analytic and data visualization component with the ability to display data in easy-to-understand data visualizations such as pie charts, pivot tables, maps, bar graphs, line charts, histograms and more. Management can drill down into the data visualizations to find the root cause of an issue, alerts can be set, thresholds can be monitored, and questions can be answered in a matter of minutes versus days or weeks. VALIDATION & LOGIN
To start using LinkNxtGen, the user must enter the organization’s domain URL that hosts the LinkNxtGen servers as well as a valid email address for that organization. The email address must be verified before the user is granted access to LinkNxtGen. This procedure would involve two checks: first at the organization’s LinkNxtGen server and second on the organization’s email server. REPORTS
LinkNxtGen comes with system generated reports that fall into areas of Executive, Operational, and Tactical. In these reports, LinkNxtGen tracks labor category performance, portfolio health detail (risks), portfolio financial performance, projects, milestone deliverables, staff workload management, cost differentials in labor between geographic locations, and more. The robust reporting of this application provides for full transparency into the organization to make key business decisions early on to mitigate risks and reduce cost.
