乐天免税店软件真的好用！！
算是乐天的忠实粉了。在工具上对于之前的版本使用起来还是蛮顺手的。在9月份的新版本更新后，经过一周左右的时间才适应，目前对于多个色号的商品在选择色号上还是不好使经常要点好几次才能找到想买的色号，但要是找选择添加购物车再点购买的话就会把不想买的色号一起买了。在商品种类上乐天的商品相对来说是最全的，品牌也是最多的。基本上可以一次性买到想买的所有商品。比如说领取积分，单独再做一个一键领取多方便~网络反应慢的时候，一个一个点是很麻烦的。关于价格预算器，可以直接再结算页面放上使用所有优惠后最终节省出来的价格，这样能直接对比是否积分使用不足。还有积分，一下显示所有的积分也不清不楚，可以修改查看哪些能够直接使用，哪些是满减的~自从第一次韩国以来就一直在用这个软件，乐天免税店的东西真心全，而且每天都会有特价商品特别划算，先在网上预定也可以节省很多时间，真心的说非常非常好用，就是偶尔有时网速会慢一些，不知道是上网站的人太多还是什么原因，总的来说非常满意。

一直都是去乐天免税店实体店去购买的，但是后来下载了网上乐天免税店过后发现比去实体店方便多了！！！而且还有很多很多的活动以及特价优惠促销等。觉得非常的便利！货种也十分的齐全。每个商品的信息情况的展示的十分到位，很容易就了解到目标产品的方向。给出的相关推荐也十分的满意，根据客户购买的产品给予适当的推荐很丰富

老用户使用心得
用了挺久的了，不得不说乐天是几大免税店里面最好用的了，东西也比较多，品牌齐，但是对于今年9月后面更新的这个新版本，虽然用了两三个月了还是很不习惯，很多地方更人性化了，优化了很多，但是有一些地方希望再改进一下，流畅度降低了很多，然后查看收藏的物品有没有货基本上没啥用，因为想看个别的色号或者什么的，收藏后看到的都是全部色号
