During the last 40 years, Mindfulness has been integrated to both Occidental Medicine and Psychology fields. This applied science is recognized as an effective way for reducing stress, gaining self-awareness, diminishing stress-related physical and psychological symptoms, and improving general well-being.

Mindfulness is a scientifically validated practice, and has been proving effectiveness in treating different issues, such as anxiety or sleeping disorders, prevention of depressive relapses, among others.

Mindful is an app designed to generate and motivate the healthy habit of meditating, at least for a few minutes per day.


The app is entirely customizable:

* You can choose among different breathing rhythms.
* You can set the breathing rate with the assistance of a voice guidance or by switching to the vibration setting on your device so you can keep your eyes closed.
* You can meditate with some background music by choosing a personalized mini playlist for each particular moment of the day.
* You are able to check the report and consult how many minutes you’ve spent meditating.
* In order to incorporate this new healthy habit to your life within 21 days, you’ll be able to keep a register of your progress.
