Video playing problem

I know there has been 2 updates recently but there are still problems with video streaming. None of the videos in the app can run properly. Can you fix it?

A good app, but no good consumer services

Thant’s the first time I use this app because of the special period of quarantaine, I didn’t mean to pay for it, but they refuse to my request of redound without reasons. What a pity. Anyone helps me ?
