MyVincha® is a mobile application device based on Business Applied Meditation methodology. It is very useful for leaders and managers, but it is not made for them only. The application can motivate any business person who is interested in self-improvement and self-development. MyVincha® offers guided meditation free packages such as Emotional Detox and Leadership Essentials, and meditation packages under one of 3 subscription plans: Stress Relief, More Happiness, Communication, Motivation, Recovery, Work-Life Balance, etc.

The App. also offers 38 different 5 min. meditations with very specific topics, suitable when you don’t have much time. Out of these 38 there are four 5 min. guided meditations free of charge dedicated to Stress relief, More Happiness, Sharpening focus and Sleeping better. There is much more than that under the subscription plan: Confidence, Decision making, Leadership mindset, Professional Affirmation, Career Development, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Compassion, etc.

The application will teach you meditation principles, answers frequently asked questions and provides information about MyVincha® background. On top of that, the application measures your total meditation practice time as well as your practice time per specific meditation. You will also be able to compare your average practice time with the average practiced time by all users globally.
