优点：软件立意很好 市面上也很少有女性重训的软件 界面很简洁
不足：1. 大陆打不开视频 我开vpn也很卡
2. 不知道是不是因为我看的不全面 我练习的时候打开视频主要是讲解 不是一起做 建议可以跟几位youtube视频的方式一样 带着一起做再加讲解
3. 软件需要更加本土化 希望可以考虑加下简体中文 并且加上订阅价格是真的贵了 可以考虑基本业务免费 部分业务收费 或者降低一点月租 软件名字上面也可以加一下中文和中文描述 很难搜索到
4. 投屏到电视上
总结：软件真的很不错 希望能够好好优化 立意真的很好👍👍👍
