Lama Cleaner relies on Python/PyTorch for inference, while OptiClean uses Apple's native CoreML for inference, which can fully utilize the processing power of Apple chips. The speed of OptiClean will be several times faster than Lama Cleaner, and you don't have to worry about various Python dependencies. In terms of the size of the app, the space occupied by the program itself (excluding the model) is much smaller than Lama Cleaner.
