1.1v on iPhone crashed again and again

My OALD 10 1.1v on iPhone can’t work properly, it crashed back to the home screen in few minutes again and again. I even restarted my phone, but it didn’t work.
My software is iOS 13.4.
I wrote a letter at April 5, but no one contact me until now.

We are not offering any migration between older versions of OALD to OALD10 because users can continue using their older apps and there is no obligation to purchase OALD10.
