We offer fully managed LLC co-ownership, with professional home management and a smart scheduling system to make owning more accessible and hassle-free — you simply show up and relax. We’ve curated the best listings so you can find the right vacation home that brings everyone together.
With the Pacaso app, you can shop from fully furnished, luxury Pacaso homes ready for immediate ownership, or explore third-party listings in your favorite community. Listings with the most buyer interest will be turned into Pacaso homes.
Once you become an owner, you can manage your home in the Pacaso app. The SmartStay™ scheduling system makes booking time easy and equitable for owners based on the number of shares owned. Owners can also track operating expenses, see how many stays they have available, refer friends and contact their home's property management team through the app.
