同一个IP不能同时推送多条消息，慎用！！！
刚开始用的还可以，后来发现我电脑上有些消息会卡住，迟迟发不出去。搞了半天才发现他们的API有一个机制，就是同一个IP不能超过两个链接，否者第二个就发不出消息。这个就很不合理啊，我都已经付费了，跑个两三个监控程序不是很正常嘛，为什么要限制什么死，耽误人家工作。请谨慎购买！！！
