这两天我都没有点外卖但是平白无故被扣费了我希望平台能尽快给我个回复

配送时间多次更改延迟，客服态度不好消息回复巨慢，点了现成的糕点和面要送一个多小时，说什么骑手多笔订单沿途要送？既然单子多就不要接，接了又不能按时送是什么意思。其他单子是单子我的单子就是不是单子了是吧。别人吃上饭了我得饿肚子，我点外卖是为什么呢。还有1一块五的折扣是想打发谁呢。祝早日倒闭
