The introduction of Tagzi-hailing aggregators has revolutionized how the traditional taxi bookings have been operating so far. Ride-hailing allows for booking rides and paying for service through an app with a transportation network company (TNC). These players leverage on Smart phone technology and digitization of cab booking opportunities.
Tagzi users ( Rider and Driver) can easily sign in to the application and enjoy the facility at their convenience. Our web/mobile app allows user to register location and destination for any available pick-up and as well provide the ETA and friendly cost implication. Information provided to the user includes: a list of available rides within the location to select from, the driver name and other relevant credentials. Users also qualify for gifts and token from referrals made or accumulated distance covered over a predefined period of time. These gifts or token are redeemable by users.
