Over four weeks, the Team GB challenge platform provides insights, tips, and tools in an accessible way – with the aim of engaging and inspiring you to become your best self.Our methodology is centered around the concept of being a balanced individual who has optimised themselves across the key ‘life skills’ themes of exercise, nutrition, and mental wellness.
This challenge is designed for everyone, it’s not a ‘fitness’ or ‘diet’ app – it’s a motivational team-based challenge that helps individuals take stock of their current lifestyle habits and provides inspiration and education to support them to set and achieve better health and wellbeing goals.
