The TransXen portal is designed to facilitate the transition to the culmination of life’s journey. This is accomplished by keeping you connected with loved ones during the transition and wind-down of life’s voyage. We provide a roadmap with workflows to ensure all logistical matters are covered before the end of one's life journey. You can invite family and friends to join you on TransXen – your interactive, private online space devoted to you. You can be part of one to many comfort communities, share photos, stories, events, calendars, documents, send secure messages, and more while staying connected with loved ones.

With TransXen, you can spend more time doing what you love while being connected in a private member-only virtual community. The whole family including friends and extended family can easily access your private portal with a phone, a tablet, or any web browser to keep everyone in constant communication during your time of transition.
