我是win10 电脑端使用的是官方提供的安装包，但是安装之后打不开，是什么原因呢？有没有售后支持一下？
最近突然连不上了
Win10的系统，之前都可以用的，最近不知什么原因，PC端是最新版的，但只有最后两个按钮“about”和“quit”不是灰色的，其它按钮全灰，无法设置也无法连接。麻烦你们给个能解决问题的邮箱，别让我去官网，那网站在中国根本打不开。

关于新版本拓展问题
按win+p选拓展模式，然后电脑软件选项里面，选择显示屏下拉选另外一个就行了，不行反复试几次
