I’m very happy with the affordable way of getting around. I paid for the month service.

Don't like it! Not human-centered!!!!

I like it's cheap, but I don't like how it works! It doesn't give you reasonable time to walk to your pick-up point! I called my via and it only gave me 2 minutes to walk from 26th street to 21st street! 2 minutes for five blocks!? Are you kidding me!? And the driver can only wait for 1 minute!!!! Non sense. Please work on your route design. It's not humane at all, I have to run to get to the pick-up point.
