我刚进去不到一个月，厨房下水道就堵住了，保修了以后，一个月都没修好，一直拖延。最后同意换房，害得我花了一天时间又搬了一次家。退房的时候要求扣除150镑，说是包括了75镑清洁费和75镑垃圾处理费，问这是基于什么标准，最后也没人搭理我，退款就遥遥无期啦。
