There are a few options for this (the issue is with texture wrapping):
- export to GLTF supports correct texture wrapping
- modify the fbx/obj texture wrapping inside the Blender material
- disable optimization mode for the export in Voxel Max settings, it will increase the mesh complexity but will address the issue with texture blurring
