GOALS - LOSE | MAINTAIN | GAIN:
Set a goal to lose, gain, or maintain your body weight and Weighed will help you meet your target, a moving average is used to estimate the time to completion so that occasional blips don’t disrupt your progress.
When you use Weighed to track your weight & body fat, the App sets achievable targets each week and tracks your progress towards your goal. By logging on a regular basis, the up and down fluctuations of your weight don’t disguise your true progress.
WEEKLY TARGETS:
Weekly targets provide short-term, achievable aims. By focusing on your target for the week not the end result, your goal is broken down into small, easy steps and daunting changes are less intimidating.
REMINDERS:
Receive reminders to record your weight or body fat % at specified time & days, or when entering or leaving a location.
WEIGHED PRO
Weighed Pro is an optional purchase which includes recording & tracking body fat percentage, location-based reminders, and integration with Apple Health.
APPLE HEALTH:
Integrating Weighed with Apple Health allows you to use other applications, and third-party devices as data sources. Data can be automatically imported from Apple Health and Weighed can share entries with Apple Health so that other applications can use the data.
iCLOUD:
Weighed synchronises your data between devices automatically using iCloud. Record your entries on your iPhone, and review your progress on your iPad.
Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account automatically, renewal payments will be processed within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription unless you disable auto-renew. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.

The update removes support for iOS 16 and below, iOS 17 & WatchOS 10 are now the minimum supported versions.
* Added optional week chart on the home screen.
* 10-Day best entry not shown in the latest entry cells.
* Restored the ability to edit reminders.
* Profile screen now only shows age, not date-of-birth.
* Improvements to BMI and Body fat analysis on the add entry screen
* BMI and Body fat results shown in the history view are now based on your age at the time the entry was created not your current age.
* Improvements to background processes.
