Each day you can create your own colorful wellness wheel that shows a view of your health balance.

Wellness Wheel is simple to use - it provides you with the ability to track 8 key attributes of your wellness: Sleep, Energy, Health, Mood, Gratitude, Spirit, Nature and Movement. In addition there are 8 custom fields you can use to track other important health indicators (Primary symptoms? treatments? therapies? activities?)

Tracking yourself with Wellness Wheel each day produces two separate graphs: a colorful wellness wheel that creates a picture of your wellness and shows how well it’s balanced and how it’s shifting over time; and a line graph that allows you to track each of your wellness indicators over time, both individually and with respect to one another.

With Wellness Wheel, you can see where you are balanced and where you aren’t, and you can then act consciously to make changes that will both bring you into greater balance and help you heal.
