APPLE HEALTH
Apple Watch users can now monitor their health with the new heart rate Widgif (*readings can be delayed). Access to your health data is optional and private. You can manage your access to this data through Settings -> Health -> Data -> Widgif.

UNDER THE HOOD
Yes, the animations are slow. But, Widgif is the only app with non-static widgets. Widgifs are only capable of 1 FPS animations due to WidgetKit's current limitations. All animated Widgifs are handmade in order to work within the app. It's the 'secret sauce' that brings them to life. *Gifs are not supported from your camera roll, yet.

Note: The heart rate Widgif requires a paired Apple Watch.

Doesn’t work

GIF is not available on this app, don’t install

I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with my Widgif app. Please know that the app description states that the app is unable to import gifs from a user's camera roll due to limitations in Apple's WidgetKit library. Widgif is unique in that it brings templated widget animations to liven up your home screen. Again, apologies for your experience, but please consider referring to an app's description before deciding to leave a 1-star rating.
