2. Sensory Grounding: Practice being in the present moment by focussing on your senses using 5-4-3-2-1 technique
3. Guided Imagery: Get into a deeply relaxed state by visualising in a happy place
4. Mindfulness Meditation: Unwind by focussing your attention on your breathing

整体思路很好,仍有待改进

软件的核心是,记录焦虑的页面,这个页面是其它页面的基础。这个页面做得很简明,挺好的。软件的初衷也很善意。

可以做得更好的地方是,软件整体的交互方式也可以再简明一些。特别是几个一级页面的顶部导航栏,取消标题,变成按钮,带来了理解和摸索的压力。底部导航栏和顶部导航栏都没有标题,只有图标,对于绝大部分人来说,理解和摸索起来可能都会觉得很费神。

如果这个软件希望为更多人提供帮助,要尽可能做得让它简明易懂,天然就会用,而不是让人费神的去摸索。

软件最大的目的是让我们从中吸取经验教训,与其让自己得到建议并改变,我更倾向于开发者能对于数据情况预先做好建议,这也才能对得起收费软件的收费用途。

焦虑情境的标签不够个性化。比如“偏见”这一栏的名字就有歧义,“偏见”和焦虑貌似并无太多联系。建议让用户自行定义这一板块的名称,而不是笼统地叫做“偏见”
