添加注释功能融合

试了好多个软件，最终用金山PDF。
请快速更新注释功能融合，就是高亮/下划线/删除线选中文字后，再点一下可以跳出注释功能。现在的注释功能是单独悬浮的，不好。

请提供横屏锁定！！！

手机看横屏，切换软件后横屏有事变竖屏。

能同步，但不能适配平板大小

同步没问题，界面大小能够和平板一样大就完美了
