还不错
这款软件配合小米手环用真不错，可以查看自身的健康数据，另外刷公交地铁这个功能也不错，都不用我掏手机出来扫二维码，手环放上去感应就好了，十分方便，期待有更多新功能出来
训练课程的摄影角度不是很全面
有一些动作敢接触其实并不能够做的很标准，但是动作展示时间只有几秒，像我这样身体不协调的，得重复看好几遍才能学会。一般开始训练之后想要把动作做的标准，就会看着老师做，但是摄影的角度只有那么几个，我并不能全面的知道这个动作到底应该做多大，该伸直吗。还有希望视频能加上呼吸的建议，起身吸气还是呼气对我们健身也是重要的一部分
很好用
配合小米，手环来使用非常得好里面的课程，内容十分丰富有初级中级高级，还有针对不同人群如上班族瘦身的减肥的放松脊椎的各种都有视频不错，但是讲的有点快赢慢慢调理。
