Alipay is a leading open platform for payments and digital services in China.
Users with a Chinese ID and bank account can use Alipay to make payments online and in person at various merchants outside of China as they travel for leisure, business, or study.
Foreign visitors to China can connect their credit card to take advantage of Alipay’s widespread acceptance by tens of millions of merchants across the country. Alipay is not designed or intended for use by foreign users in their home country or anywhere outside of China.
With the users' permission this app can connect to Health [HealthKit] to enable users to participate in walkathons and make donations via the "sports" service. This feature is designed for use by Chinese users in China. It is not necessary to enable this feature to make payments.

这几年说实话因为做生意赔钱，使我打工，吃苦受罪，有时候甚至一百块钱都还不上，在我最需要用钱的时候，支付宝第一时间给我关闭额度，给你个大大的赞👍🏻！官方大人，我虽然有点逾期，但是我有钱的时候第一个还款都是选择支付宝。到现在我不欠官方一分钱。现在生活好点了，欠的钱也还的差不多了，银行都没有你速度快😂因为还你钱信用卡都逾期都没敢拖欠你。在我最困难的时候，是你让我雪上加霜！谢谢！
交易逻辑混乱，暗地里自动续费不提醒
在平台上买了运营商的流量包，有的小字里有自动续费，有的没有。自动续费的时候是在手机的话费里扣的，不是在支付宝平台扣的，所以没有任何的交易提示。这是特别不符合交易逻辑的。按理来说，你在支付宝购买的，支付宝自然应该有交易提示。结果，它是从话费里扣——我在支付宝里的消费怎么就变成了联通，这不就是把交易权限交给了第三方吗？
在联通那里，这个流量包和日常套餐一样，你同时拥有两个套餐，只有在结算时提示消费情况。但消费者的认知是，单月额外的流量支出是一次性的，而且是在支付宝上购买的，应该在支付宝里扣费，怎么会莫名其妙扣话费？
这种情况持续了一年，每当我发现扣费异常后才打电话停止续订，以为止损了……
结果我花了一年时间才了解支付宝和联通的猫腻。
历史账单体验十分差！！！
支付宝转账历史账单的对方账户名称竟然无法根据好友备注的更新而自动更新，这个体验也太差了！
有时候我们会给好友打备注，然而，当你给好友打上备注后，如果你转账给这个好友，会发现历史账单中仍然显示的是未更新前的对方账户名称。这个体验极差的问题已经存在了很长时间，但是支付宝一直都没有解决这个问题。虽然这个问题看似不太重要，但是对于经常进行转账的用户来说，却是一个非常大的困扰。希望支付宝能够尽快修复这个问题，提高用户的转账体验。
希望官方能够重视这个问题，尽快修复。同时建议大家在转账时务必确认对方的账户名称是否正确，避免不必要的麻烦。
