No Puedo Jugarlo

Desde Mi IPhone5 no he podido pasar del nivel 1, Que Pasa?

We aware of this problem and know how to help you just follow the instructions
If you can’t pass the level 1 here is the things you can do to fix the issue:
1) Make sure what’s your IOS system language. Whether it’s not English, Chinese, Korean or Japanese. If it’s not one of them, please try the next step;
2) For IOS version 13 and higher, please just go to the settings of your phone and find our application, inside settings of our app change language from Vietnamese (or another one to English) and go in the game to check this bug again; Here is a link with screenshots on how to do this (http://bit.ly/2SEABP7);
3) For IOS versions older than 13, try this sequence: delete the game - refresh your App Store - download the game again; Here is instruction on how to refresh your App Store (http://bit.ly/2SUUf8e);
4) If the 3d paragraph doesn’t help to fix the game, change your iOS system language to English and open the game again.
5) If 4th action doesn’t help. Do the whole set of actions: change system language - delete the game - refresh your App Store - download the game again.
