Me cobraron y no me dejaron utilizar la aplicación
Me cobraron $59.900 COP sin mi autorización y cuando fui a utilizar la aplicación me quieren volver a cobrar más dinero. Que horror de aplicación.

¡Hola! En primer lugar, nos disculpamos por cualquier confusión. Ten en cuenta que los pagos se cargan al método de pago que hayas registrado en tu cuenta de Apple Store. Además, el dispositivo solicita al usuario que acepte estos pagos para poder gestionar la suscripción a nuestra aplicación. Por otro lado, para solucionar el problema con el pago no reconocido, lo primero que debes hacer es asegurarte de haber iniciado sesión en tu cuenta de Ereasy y de que ésta esté actualizada con la última versión. Después, haz clic en el botón "Más" situado en la esquina inferior derecha, selecciona "Configuración" y, posteriormente, "Restaurar compra" para sincronizar tu pago de Apple App Store con tu cuenta de Ereasy Si necesitas más ayuda o tienes otra pregunta, contáctanos a través del formulario "Contáctenos" en el menú Configuración con los detalles del problema.
