DON’T USE CEX.IO! ¡NO usen CEX.IO!

They have the worst customer service! They take a lifetime to reply. They are openly rude and when you call them out, they say that it is just your opinion and that they are sorry if their words made you nervous. So, they don’t apologize for being rude, and they blame you assuming how you feel. Are you kidding me? I lost my money. They didn’t take responsibility. Their policies and terms are nuts. Stay away from CEX.IO. I have read so many complaints here, on Reddit, Twitter, and blogs. It was my first time using CEX.IO, and THE LAST! This is the only exchange and wallet where I have had these problems.

Let us please clarify that the support team is processing all the requests in the queue order. Although the reply might indeed take some time, no queries are left aside. Moreover, currently the team replies within 24-48 hours.

It’s important to mention, that the team is working on reducing the number of the accumulated requests to be able to provide the assistance in the live chat mode.

Additionally, we’d like to specify that the support team is dedicated to assisting our customers efficiently and they’re always helping when it’s possible.

CEX.IO has over 4 million users and, of course, all of them cannot be totally satisfied. But there’re also hundreds of positive comments that we are proud of.

Todo mis Fondos fueron robados y no me han dado ningun soporte, daily-growth.info stole my money using CEX.IO and they do nothing to stop more people getting scam by them

CEX.IO does its best to provide traders with a secure environment but if you’re not cared about your funds, there’s nothing we can do as crypto transactions are irreversible by nature.
