Not functional
My app is stucked on 12 mini and I cant reach any kind of cigna support
Lost opportunity to truly revamp the App
The major overhaul is this version is just cosmetic. Envoy continues to be a sub par app, now even worse. The cookies pop up is annoying. No new functionalities (e.g. would love to check the supporting documents on my claims, option to select a claim when making an inquiry instead of typing all the case and number via secure email, etc).
UPDATE. I have been exploring more the app. Absolutely terrible and useless. Now accessing secure email requires you you re-login again.
