No deja ingresar a la app

Quisiera saber porque no deja ingresar pero por la web si ?gracias ya la actualice junto el sistema y aún así no carga dice credencial invalida.

Me sucede igual que Michel, puedo ingresar a la web pero en la App me aparece el mensaje credenciales invalidas.

No inicia sesión con las credenciales correctas

Me aparece un mensaje de “invalid credencials” cuando intento iniciar sesión con mi usuario de Deriv X. Solo inicia sesión en la terminal web
