No se puede abrir la App
Llevo varios días sin poder leer los artículos en la App y no hay explicación o instrucciones para ajustarla, si uno paga la suscripción, debería funcionar muy bien y enviar explicaciones

Hola, sentimos mucho las molestias ocasionadas. Si tienes la versión 6.11.6 y sigue sin funcionarte, te recomendamos que borres y vuelvas a instalar la aplicación. Gracias
La peor app de prensa q conozco
Tarda en abrirse como si aun estuviésemos en la época del módem ruidoso. Se congela como si la red fuese la del Polo Norte. Se despliega entre páginas y noticias como si fuese un koala. De no ser la app de El País uno pensaría q se trata del proyecto de fin de curso de unos chavales con iniciativa… eso sí, en cuanto te descuidas ru dedo cae en esa memez en medio de todo q es El País express, que no tarda en desplegarse, porque supongo algún patrocinador esta contado las entradas. Dan todas las ganas del mundo de cancelar la subscripcion
Puedo o no Leer indistintamente en mis aparatos como tablet y computador
Al suscribirme consulté si podía tener la aplicación en cualquiera de mis equipos. Pero no puedo sino leer en el teléfono y no me sirve de esa manera. Necesito instrucciones para utilizar mis equipos con la aplicación
