No se puede abrir la App
Llevo varios días sin poder leer los artículos en la App y no hay explicación o instrucciones para ajustarla, si uno paga la suscripción, debería funcionar muy bien y enviar explicaciones

Hola, sentimos mucho las molestias ocasionadas. Si tienes la versión 6.11.6 y sigue sin funcionarte, te recomendamos que borres y vuelvas a instalar la aplicación. Gracias
No recomiendo / cambian las condiciones de la suscripción
Es una falta de respeto que luego de suscribirse se de uno cuenta que las noticias aun no se pueden leer porque se inventaron una nueva suscripción “premium”
Adicionalmente la app cada se traba y queda en blanco casi todas las veces y toca entrar a leer noticias por el navegador.
Una decepción completa.

Hola. Con la última actualización se corrigen los errores de login. En cuando a las noticias premium, son las noticias económicas de Cinco Días a las que solo se puede acceder con una suscripción Premium. A veces, algunas noticias por el contenido enriquecido que tienen, se deben abrir el navegador para mejorar la lectura. Muchas gracias.
Pésima app
Soy suscriptor de El País desde hace años. He desinstalado e instalado la app ya tres veces en una semana y no funciona cuando intento cambiar la zona de España a América. El diario es muy bueno; la app, terrible.
