It’s a good app, I’m loving the sprocket printer but, there’s something wrong, apparently it won’t print some pictures because it can’t retrieve them from de camera roll

Hi sanabras, thank you for your review! We are happy to hear you are loving your sprocket. Regarding not retrieving some photos from the camera roll, please close the sprocket printer application and then open it and your photos should be there. Otherwise, in the sprocket application, touch the drop-down arrow next to "Camera roll" (near the top of the screen) and see if the photos you are looking for are saved to any albums. No muy bien !
La app está bien ! Pero la resolución de las fotos es terrible ! Es decir q el problema es la cámara. Sin embargo hice el reclamo y ya me la cambiaron pero la resolución sigue igual ! Bastante decepcionada !
