什么是J.TEST：
J.TEST考试全称为实用日本语鉴定考试（以下简称J.TEST）。于2007年8月获得了国家劳动和社会保障部的认可（劳动部文件）。其主要功能就是对母语为非日本语的人员进行日本语能力的测试。在上世纪九十年代初期，日本经济发展到鼎盛时期时，由于日本国内人力资源的严重不足，采用在日本的外国人进入公司成为了不可替代的办法。为配合对在日本的外国人的日语鉴定，1991年，日本语检定协会开发了J.TEST。因为其鉴定方式科学合理，J.TEST很快成了众多企业几乎是唯一的选择。并逐渐成为录用海外员工语言能力的依据，也有许多公司作为员工派遣、提升时的依据。所以每年都有许多企业组织员工集体参加J.TEST，其中也不乏有世界著名的大公司。
日本文部省下属的财团法人——内外学生中心出版的《外国留学生就职年报》中，将J.TEST对欲在日本就职的留学生进行了推荐。
