Description
Plixi is the best calculator to use in companion with a caliper to accurately calculate body fat percentage. It uses the values
taken from pleats (ISAK) along with 3 different formulas for body density and 3 different formulas to get the body fat.
Body Density Formulas:
- Durnin / Womersley: Ideal for people whose body fat percentage is above 12% on men and 15% on women.
- Jackson / Pollock (3 & 7 pleats): Ideal for people whose body fat percentage is under 12% on men and 15% on women.

- Siri (1961)
- Brozek (1963)
- Behnke (1974)

Se debe de tener en cuenta estatura y peso. Y tener en cuenta pliegues como el abdomen y la pierna

Hola Juan, las formulas que usa la aplicación no necesitan esos datos y son mas precisas, sin embargo entiendo que hay otras formulas con las estes mas familiarizado, si gustas proporcionarme el nombre de la formula podría considerar incluirla. Saludos
