Funcionó para lo que necesitaba
Tienen servicio 24/7 y contestan rápido para apoyarlo a uno en lo que necesita. Funcional y adecuada. Quizá se esperaría que haya más opciones para comparar pero es cuestión de tiempo.
Imposible cancelar reserva
El servicio funciona bastante bien, sin embargo es imposible cancelar una reserva. Hice una reserva y por error (mío) la puse para el mismo día y no para el siguiente que era cuando la necesitaba. Me di cuenta justo después de pagar y fue imposible cancelar la reserva. La reserva caducó sin haber sido usada y perdí el valor de la reserva. Me parece que debería ser posible pedir cancelar la reserva y pedir reembolso por un servicio no recibido
