Scary Doll: Twin Sister is the horror game spinoff for the scary dolls. Once again, you need to escape from the killer doll on 1950's black and white anime style. The gameplay is very simple, you only need to find the key and escape. But the horror is intense and will fright you. This is the beginning of the horrors!
You are an orphan girl who likes to play with your dolls. Your house is full of porcelain dolls and you take care of them everyday with your twin sister. But something is wrong with your twin. Is she's real or just your imaginary twin? Someday, she brought 2 dolls identical with yourself and your secret twin. And from that day, your lives changed.
You accidentally uncover some dark secret between the dolls and your evil twin. You don't have a choice, it's run from the dark dimension created from the dolls or die!
