All training is online and suitable for any level of experience. Additionally, all programs have guided videos where I will accompany you from beginning to end.
With your subscription, you will have access to all programs. Each one has a different approach to help you achieve your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.
Note regarding Apple Health:
The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.
Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Buena app
Me gusta la app es súper completa, la técnica se explica demasiado bien…pero aveces grita demasiado “ula la” “eso” “nosssss fuimos” y en realidad aveces es incómodo.
Buena y muy costosa
La App esta muy costosa para los países con moneda en $. Hay aplicaciones más completas con mucho más tipos de entrenamiento por USD49 el año. Sigo entrenando contigo porque empecé en pandemia y se crea vínculo, pero económicamente ya no está siendo sostenible
