Added touch-screen touch-areas for the Tainted Cain and Tainted Isaac Inventory cycling.
Fixed a bug where the virtual sticks would not fade out if touches were active when the app is suspended and then resumed.

the update brought good things, but these are the bugs it also brought: •sound stops sometimes •no endings, only credits •joystick is very small and even on devices like iPhone 11 or 12, •size of the bombs is just as small has almost no hit box you could put settings for the controls is an option, or leave it as the previous update with the buttons fixed • graphics went down a bit sometimes it looks blurry
