WellU is an engaging app that provides mental training and coaching in an easy and accessible way.

Athletes and coaches need to sustain mental training at all levels of performance. This is the essence of WellU and why licensed and certified mental coaches, Ami Strutin-Belinoff and Brian Alexander, created WellU.

Similar to physical training, mental training must be practiced systematically. In the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have designed educational and experiential exercises to meet athletes where they are in their mental and physical development. WellU allows athletes to determine their training journey through self-assessment tools and evidence-based goal setting structures. Through WellU, athletes can also review their goal progress and create a road map to realizing their dream performance goals with optional one on one mental coaching video sessions.
