¡Lo barato sale caro!
Llegué tarde lo acepto también se me olvidé hacer el check-in lo acepto también esta bien pero, alcancé a llegar a la fila de abordaje no sin antes aver pagado el check-in y aver corrido desde la puerta 1 hasta la 8 llegue y me puse en la fina llevaba mi maleta de mano y un insignificante casco que podía llevar en mis piernas, me dicen que lo mida y no entra el bolso porque el casco es muy grande. Tenía que pagar 80mil para que lo dejaran pasar en conclusión no me dejaron abordar me voy a la oficina y exigí que me pusieran en otro avión no aceptaron ni los 22mil que pague por el check-in me los quisieron devolver las únicas palabras que me dicen fueron acérquese a Avianca y compré otro vuelo. en conclusión un asco de aerolínea no la recomiendo y les recuerdo esto lo barato sale caro no se confíen

La peor App que he utilizado hasta ahora
Un App inestable, lento e impredecible. Nunca pude emitir el pase a bordo en formato digital ni recibirlo por correo tal cual informaba la aplicación.
