Excelente aplicación.

Me parece una aplicación muy buena y con programas de ejercicio muy claros.
He encontrado dos inconvenientes.
Uno: en ocasiones el menú principal pierde la resolución y se visualiza mal en la pantalla del iPhone 13
Dos: los recordatorios se ejercicio no me funcionan según lo programado, al finalizar cada rutina.

Aparte de eso he estado muy satisfecho con el desempeño

Muy mala la aplicación

Me fue súper mal con esta aplicación, resulta que la he tratado de cancelar y me siguen debitando dinero de mi cuenta.
Llevo 2 meses seguidos con este problema tratando de que el banco me ayude a solucionar este problema.
Me ofrecieron una prueba de 7 días y después de eeee tiempo automáticamente sin autorización me espesaron a debitar dinero.

Next, they can either cancel subscription auto-renewal, or continue using the app on the conditions specified in the subscription plan they chose.
We are not authorized to cancel subscriptions on behalf of our users. We do not handle refunds, nor do we settle billing-related disputes.

Un robo total!!!!

Esta aplicación es un robo, cancelé mi suscripción con ellos antes de que se terminara el trial de los 7 días. Creí que ya había sido cancelada cuando me doy cuenta que se debitaron 50 us de mi tarjeta de crédito del cual fueron por esta aplicación en el que en ningún momento elegí ninguna de las opciones de suscripción sino que automáticamente esta aplicación la elegio por mi, que mal experiencia tuve con esta aplicación necesito mi dinero de vuelta

- Please note that subscriptions are cancelled through iTunes/Apple account settings, not through the BetterMe app. Normally, the BetterMe subscription should be listed among your subscriptions unless you have purchased the Lifetime option. Please visit the Apple Support website for further assistance and if you'd like to find all the information on managing the subscriptions billed through Apple.

Please note that
- The users are charged by Apple, not by us. We do not have access to users’ payment details. Rather, AppStore uses the card details tied to respective accounts. We do not control when and how AppStore charges app users.
- As a rule, AppStore renews BetterMe subscriptions at least 24 hrs before the subscription end date. What happens is they ""secure"" the necessary funds, making them unavailable until the payment is due. Sometimes, this happens before the 24-hour deadline. We do not influence this process.
- If you have subscribed, deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Subscriptions are cancelled through AppStore, not through the BetterMe app.
